Smallworks is Vancouver’s leading builder of laneway homes and infill housing. We partnered with their team to evolve the brand and redesign their website—bringing clarity, warmth, and utility to the forefront of their digital presence.

The refreshed identity features refined typography, a redrawn wordmark, an expanded colour palette, and a suite of house-shaped masks used to build distinctive, dynamic layouts. The site itself was rebuilt from the ground up using Next.js and Sanity, with a modular component system that enables the marketing team to quickly implement content updates and campaign pages without developer support.

Optimized for conversion, the new site is now generating an average of 50 qualified leads per month—a 400% increase since launch.
